Abstract Firstly, the paper makes a thorough review of quantitative analytical methods on organizational culture from questionnaire constructs and applications, questionnaire attributions, quantitative measurement method, time series perspectives. Then it gives some comments and relevant outlooks from the perspectives of measurement entity, measurement approach, aggregation model, data collection, aggregation operator, measurement validity and mathematics models. It finally discusses the insufficiency and significance of quantitative analytical methods for research in organizational culture.
