Abstract Resourcebased enterprises and the economic transformation in the regions where they locate in is a hard nut problem to be resolved in practice. This paper first integrates resourcebased enterprises, community and regional economy into a whole system. Based on selforganizational and hypercirculation, a method of case study is adopted to thoroughly study the interaction mechanism between resourcebased enterprises, community, and regional economic development. Taking Yanzhou Mining Group and Jining regional economic development as the research subject, we built a selforganizational hypercirculation model of the interaction mechanism, and analyzed the formation conditions of a selforganizational hypercirculation.
