Pay Variation, PayforPerformance Perception and Pay Satisfaction:
Risk Aversion and Needs of Achievement as Moderators |

Abstract This study collects 479 research samples and makes an empirical study to verify the role of moderators of needs of achievement and risk aversion. The results show that, high needs of achievement strengthens the relationship of payforperformance perception and pay raise satisfaction or bonus satisfaction, and high risk aversion weakens the positive relationship and strengthens the negative relationship between pay variation and bonus satisfaction or pay level satisfaction.
