Abstract Through the division of the path of knowledge sharing selection tactics, this paper builds the innovation performance growth model based on the absorptive capacity of workers, and analyzes the effects of different tactics to the workers' knowledge and innovation performance growth. It argues that the progressive policy is more conducive to improving innovation performance of workers. At the same time, the workers should also improve their basic quality and a flexible tactics should be established to develop the appropriate path according to the characteristics of workers and the knowledge.
