Abstract Based on literature review, the article summarizes the development of international research on destructive leadership before systematically analyzing the concept and contents, the classification system, the theoretical framework and the consequences of destructive leadership. Then the article briefly analyzes the existing problems of current destructive leadership research in order to offer reference for further localized research on the subject.
