Abstract  

The research on interorganizational learning among Corporate Venture Capital activities penetrates the “blackbox” of CVC’s value creation mechanism. Different types of learning and social interaction are key mechanism of interorganizational learning among CVC activities, and intellectual property protection, absorb capacity, relatedness, social network and social capital are important factors that influence interorganizational learning among CVC. This paper further discusses future research directions based on literature review.
