Abstract On the basis of socialstructural empowerment, this paper defines the content of team psychological empowerment, and evaluates the current model of team psychological empowerment, namely the model of effectiveness mechanism, formation mechanism and multilevel model, and deeply analyzes the structural characteristics, extended application and shortage of the existing models. Finally, it puts forward the future research direction in this area.
