Abstract The 12th “China·Practice·Management”Forum with the theme of “Challenges and Responses to Chinese Management Research and Practice under the New Development Paradigm”, conducted more systematic and in-depth discussions on the topics like common prosperity and all-round development of people, ecological management of digital intelligence era, digital governance, innovation-driven, and symbiotic growth under the new development paradigm. In addition, nine sub-forums were set up to discuss issues such as Chinese local research, digital transformation of enterprises, organizational strategies, human resource management, innovation and entrepreneurship in the new era. This forum will help consolidate basic research on management philosophy and methodology, promote the innovative development of Chinese management theories and industrial practices, and strengthen the exchange and integration of academic community and industrial practioners.
