Abstract Based on the organizational learning perspective, this study conducts a longitudinal analysis of product architecture innovation in the Bizchat of Chanjet R&D department to explore the product architecture innovation mechanism under the synergy of ambidextrous learning and organizational unlearning. The results show that: under different goal orientations, enterprises carry out system-led radical innovation, modular innovation, component-led incremental innovation and architectural innovation. Moreover, different collaborative mechanisms of ambidextrous learning and organizational unlearning provide impetus for different types of new product architecture innovation.
