Abstract This study conducted descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis on the questionnaires of 150 tourism enterprise employees, using SPSS. The results showed that: tourism value chain system management was composed of three factors, namely supply chain strategy, value chain strategy, and value material provided; sustainable tourism development was composed of five factors, namely residents life, tourist experiences, environmental quality, equitable development, and ecological awareness. The inherent constitutes of tourism value chain system management have a significant positive impact on the three goals of sustainable tourism development, namely environmental quality, equitable development, and tourist experiences, but the impact on residents life and ecological awareness was not significant.
