Based on the achievement of the past three forums, the“2013 China , Practice and Management Forum” further focused on Chinese managerial practices with the theme of “Challenge, innovation and breakthrough”. The keynote speeches, roundtable talks and presented papers highlighted the following three subjects and directions: deeply understanding Chinese management context; exploiting the scientific issues of Chinese culture and managerial practices in order to enrich the theoretical innovation of Chinabased managerial practices; and innovating the research of Chinese managerial practices.
