Abstract This paper tries to rais a framework which combines the research processes of management theory and communications among Chinese management practices, international academy community and domestic academy community, puts forward a strategy which emphasizes choosing holistic questions, testing theory, preferring qualitative research, making relevant to industry practices and seeking contributing midrange theories.
