Would Knowledge Diversity Promote Team Innovation?  An Analysis Based on Mediated Moderator Model

Abstract  Two perspectives of knowledge diversity including information process and relationship are combined to analyze the mechanism of knowledge diversity facilitating team innovation. Empirical research about the mediated moderator model based on 85 teams sample supported all hypotheses which are: team identification moderates the relation between knowledge diversity and team innovation, team identification moderates the relation between knowledge diversity and knowledge sharing, and the former moderation is fully mediated by knowledge sharing.
