Abstract This article first elaborates on the content of this theoretical perspective and then reviews the previous literatures about the formation, change of shared organizational schema, and the antecedent variables and outcomes. Also, its future application in the research of Chinese enterprises’ organizational culture management and change has been discussed. Finally, this paper proposes the promising topic in the future research.
