Influence of Employee Participation on New Generation Employees’ Satisfaction |

Abstract Based on China background, this paper explores the internal impact mechanism of new generation employees’ participation on satisfaction through empirical research. The results show that new generation employee participation in management, monitoring and decisionmaking have significantly positive impact on satisfaction. Participation intention of participation in management, monitoring and decisionmaking plays a regulatory role between employee participation and satisfaction. These findings suggest that enterprises should pay attention to employee involvement system,particularly high levels of employee involvement in monitoring, participation in decisionmaking, and developing and enhancing employee participation intention to raise the new generation employee satisfaction.
