From the perspective of investor relations, this paper mainly reviews theories of investor behavior in overseas literature, summarizes the study progress of the two key research directions to investor behavior and concludes internal and external influence factors to investor behavior. In addition, the further study direction is also proposed. It is supposed to offer the reference to the relative study and practice in China.
