Abstract Based on reviewing the catalytic mechanism between business ecosystem health and strategic conducts, this paper analyzes the impact of the business ecosystem health on enterprise value and enterprise conduct on value creation and builds the IT Business Ecosystem Health-Strategic Behavior-Enterprise Value paradigm. The paper makes an empirical analysis of 178 samples. It is found that IT Business Ecosystem Health stimulates corporate strategic conducts and has significant effect on enterprise creation and enterprise strategic conducts make strongly influences on corporate value. Conclusions are expected to provide guidance on the development of IT industry and the enterprises in China.
