Spiritual leadership is a new concept in Leadership Science and Workplace Spirituality. This theory is very important for the leader paying more attention to followers’ spiritual needs. And it can promote the leadership effectiveness from intrinsic motivation. Because of being developed in westernculture, spiritual leadership has not been proved in Chinese context. In this paper, we build a 2dimension model after literature study and positive research. Then we develop a questionnaire with high reliability and validity.
