Abstract According to the characteristics of different stages of the corporate life cycle, we have analyzed the coupling mechanism of entrepreneurial social responsibility and entrepreneurship. And then we conclude that entrepreneurial social responsibility and entrepreneurship can be effectively coupled by analysis of document and logic.Then we can put forward the model of coupling.
