Abstract Based on the attributes and network characteristics of green strategy stakeholder, using social network analysis method and its key concept, this paper develops a systematic, scientific, simple and effective method for choosing much less parts representing stakeholders of different interests or even conflicting interests to establish the enterprise communication platform. This paper chooses Jiangsu Redbud Dyeing Technology Co., Ltd. as a case to test the effect and advantage of this method in both theory and practice.
