This study is the first to discuss the relation between VAIC and corporate governance for the knowledgeintensive, innovationintensive industrybiotechnology and medicine industryin Taiwan. The research results show that the firm that has good corporate governance can induce the VACA, STVA, and VAIC, and it can enhance firm value.
