As for the Generative Bases, one is based on “Agriculture Economy”, whereas the other based on “Industry Economy and Knowledge Economy”. As for the establishment prerequisite, one is based on “Rank”, whereas the other based on “Equality”. As for the core contents, that is “Control” VS. “Collaborate”. As for their forms, “Scattered” VS. “Systematical”. As for the characteristics, that is “Artistic” VS. “Duplicable”. As for goals pursued, that is “Organizational Stabilization” VS. “Organizational Development”.
