This paper analyzes the status quo and several typical models of university entrepreneurship education based on present literature and constructs an university entrepreneurship education model based on the allround social participation in China. It argues that Offering entrepreneurship education in universities and colleges in China, reforming the entrepreneurship education model, and constructing the university entrepreneurship education model based on allround social participation are beneficial to entrepreneurship education effectiveness, entrepreneur generation, employment rate and economic growth.
