In this paper, state transfer equation in probability theory is used for establishing the nonlinear dynamic model of trust relationship state transfer among enterprises. We also analyze the dynamic evolutionary characteristics of trust relationship in the industrial cluster network with simulation, and draw four important conclusions which coincide with the development of actual industrial cluster.
