Abstract This paper develops the measurement scale of firm network competence from four levels including network vision, network development, relationship management and portfolio management, and puts forward 13 capability elements. The measurement model was statistically tested through the samples of 346 companies in China. The results show that the reliability and validity of this scale were verified. We finally propose the future research direction.
