Abstract With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the enhancement of Chinese enterprises’ competence, the management scholars pay more attention to construction and development of Chinese Management, which has become a very important topic. The former studies had little consideration on construction’s value of Chinese management, particularly neglecting some deepseated contradictive problems of Chinese management value. In this paper, we propose four groups of contradiction, which impact on Chinese management value from the aspect of time, space, ways of thinking and the path. They are the contradiction which oppose historical to realworld experiences, theoretical accuracy to artistry of learning, intuitive thinking to logical thinking, the outsidein to the insideout. It puts forward related balance and coordination strategies through analyzing these contradictions in order to promote the own value of Chinese management and to make greater contributions to the International Management Knowledge Base.
