Abstract

Through the research and analysis of strategic flexibility and enterprise performance, this paper refines a strategic model reflecting the relationship of strategic flexibility and enterprise performance. Adopting sample data from multiindustry and using SPSS and structural equation model, it examines the affecting degree empirically of different strategic flexibility (resource flexibility and capability flexibility) on enterprise performance, and comes to the following conclusions: capability flexibility has significant influences on enterprise performance, while resource flexibility doesn’t have obvious effect on enterprise performance. This conclusion provides effective theoretical support for Chinese enterprises to improve their operation performance.
