It is more and more obvious that the Chinese management fundamental research lag in the business management practice. The Chinese management science should take the practice as the research guidance. This article introduces a practiceoriented theoretical framework, and proposes a holographic structure, which includes such four levels of an organization management system as the thing, the matter, the human and the mind. To pay attention to active factor stimulation of the mind level is the most remarkable characteristic of the successful China business management practices, and the important task of the future China management science research.
