Based upon the public notice of funds in Dec. 31, 2000, this paper conducts the beforehand and afterwards analysis of six funds in no short sale case according to the theory of Markowitz's efficient frontier. Furthermore, the paper evaluates the advantages, disadvantages and the market performance of Funds' Portfolio decisions.
