To exploring formation and mechanics of firm's dynamic capabilities, the related literature is reviewed. The formation mechanics of firm's dynamic capabilities is proposed. The NK model is built from the perspective of knowledge activity using the theory of complexity. It shows that the dynamic capability is generated by organizational unlearning to change organizational memory system and to enhance relearning capability. The cases are finally studied.
