国外团队断裂研究的现状及展望——团队多样性研究的新进展

Abstract

This paper reviews the study orientation, conception, theoretical foundation, composition of group fault lines, as well as the impact of group fault lines on groups and individuals. It also points out the existing problems, future direction of this study and its implications for industrial practices.
