Abstract Tao-oriented management is based on Tao——the objective laws in the management field. It is a new management theory which follows the management history of Thearchyoriented management, Materialoriented management, Capitaloriented management, Humanoriented management.The goal of Taooriented management is not to control staff but to liberate them. It is to promote their development not at the cost of economic development. It is to activate the enterprise’s dynamic system for its sustainable development, and to create a kind of revolutionary and superior enterprise management civilization by solving the management paradox. The cognitive propositions of Tao-oriented management include the cognitive propositions of the social system constructing , the cognitive propositions of the servicethe inner dynamic system and the cognitive propositions of the value of subjectivity.
