The asymmetry, self-adaptation and management dilemma which arouse the complexity of cooperation in enterprises were analyzed after the literatures of organization ecology were reviewed briefly.  The influences of three ecology factors, including ecology factor of institution, one of culture and technology, on the enterprise cooperation were discussed.  On the basis of the enterprise cooperation ecosystem, how to cooperate with the other agent in enterprise cooperation ecosystem is presented.
