Reflection is one of the drives of management theory development.  It is of great importance to the independent innovation of Chinese management that the historic process of Chinese management is reviewed to find its developing path and law.  50-year development process of Chinese management was summarized.   The related topics of developing Chinese management and establishing the Chinese School of Management were also discussed.
