he context of cooperation management research was introduced and basis enterprise cooperation theories were analyzed briefly. It is pointed out that cooperation is the core of management researches and the main problem of managerial theory researches is the absence of research hypothesis.  The definition of cooperation was defined and the hypothesis of “reality human being” and “infinity of resource” were given.  The research framework of cooperation management theory is also presented.
