Relationship between Human Resource Management System and the Organizational Performance in Telecom Enterprises |

Abstract The current conditions of human resource management (HRM) of the operating 116 telecom enterprises in Guangdong Province were surveyed and the relationship between their human resource management systems and the organization performances were analyzed. From the combination of their HRM practices, the groups with high levels of HRM and one with low level of HRM were distinguished and were compared. The relationship between the internal developmenttype HRM system and organizational performances were revealed by correlation and regression analysis. Result shows that the companies where the internal developmenttype HRM was adopted have better organizational performances at telecom industry in China.
