Abstract It is from empirical researches proven that to establish the effective relationship between vendors and clients is important to the outsourcing success in the context of information technology outsourcing. From the relationship marketing, to study the partnership quality of IT outsourcing is helpful to measure the relationship of vendorclient. Literatures of IT outsourcing partnership quality were reviewed. Some advices also are proposed on how to research and practice partnership quality of IT outsourcing further.
