A frame of  HeXie  management in organization would be formed when HeXie Theme in organization was recognized correctly. It was supposed that HeXie Theme would develop while inside and outside environment of organization changed, because there are the differences of cognition in self-adaptive body of an organization under different situations. It was pointed out that self-adaptive body of organization could adjust the relation between organization and inside and outside environment by using effective actions and realize the evolution of HeXie Theme to achieve the dynamitic adaptation of organization to the environment.
