The risks during  the development of a MIS in a company was analyzed using EXPERT COCOMO and FPA model. After the principle of sensitivity analysis was described, the function points of the MIS were analyzed, and the risk of the MIS was identified and quantified. In the sensitivity analysis, the three main risk factors, including ACAP, PCAP and RUSE, were considered which can influence the implement of projects.
