Abstract What kinds of products/services are suitable for on-net sale or for a specific environment of a certain e-retail system can still not be judged by a systematic theory available currently. Through examining each phase in e-retail and mining the factors which make the characters of products work, an evaluation index system to judge and select the e-retail products was proposed, and the content of every index discussed.
