Ten maturity models for informatization were analyzed and compared. It was found that the designs used in these models have two kinds and four dimensions. In these dimensions, the information technology and information resource dimensions can be classified from informatization support factors, or transverse value chain and vertical management chain be done from the informatization achievement functions.
