According to the success of the PHS developed by the China telecom(including CNC), using the concept, character and the process of the emerging technology evaluation, this paper demonstrated that at present, the cooperation should not only focus on inverting an emerging technology, but also should combine their developed history, basal establishments and all kinds of ability to discover and evaluate the technology that may bring benefit on obscure conditions during their practicing the technology. The corporations can also acquire the competition advantage through their constant studying and correcting their choice. A dynamic evaluate way was suggested to reference to the developing countries and the firms without their own obvious technology advantage for evaluating emerging technology.
