Fundamental Problems of Practice Oriented Evaluation of Management Research Based on the Argument of “The Forecast: Facing the Chinese Management Practice”

Abstract：Practice oriented management research includes the science basis of finding management knowledge and the practical application study solving management problems and its main characteristics should be practical directionality, scientific process，effectiveness results and innovative achievements. Although there exists some difference between the two practice oriented management research in evaluation objectives, they could be evaluated reasonably through form evaluation, content evaluation and utility evaluation if different evaluation indexes and evaluation weights are set. Of course it is quite important that evaluation experts should be selected, supervised and motivated.
