Abstract:This paper derives the structure of ethical dilemmas by exploratory factor analysis and formulates a structure model. The confirmatory factor analysis verifies the structure model and it finally comes to a conclusion that the ethical dilemmas of human resources management in Chinese enterprises includes four dimensions, which are the use of right, the manipulation and coercion, the system supervision, and the neglect and violation of the interests of employees. This research enriches the related empirical studies both at home and abroad. Besides, it points out the prominent ethical dilemmas of human resource management in Chinese enterprises so that the enterprise managers could avoid the nonethical behaviors to improve the management efficiency in the process of management based upon the above dimensions.
