Abstract: A total of 139 team samples are collected from 10 Chinese organizations. Both hierarchical regression and structural equation modeling by SPSS13.0 and LISREL8.30 are applied to test the hypotheses.The results indicate that: i) the equityallocation orientation of teambased reward is positively correlated with team performance; ii) this relationship is partly mediated by team task interaction and interpersonal interaction; and iii) team personality composition of extraversion and agreeableness negatively moderate the relationship between the equityallocation orientation of teambased reward and team interpersonal interaction. Finally, the application for organization management practices and direction of future research in this field are discussed.
