Abstract： It has been up to 90 years since foreign management philosophy was studied. Management philosophy is practiceoriented, reflecting and constructing research approach for management philosophy. There exist the characteristics of integrity of thinking and valuebased analysis of the content. Researchers take a position for the philosophy and affect the positioning of the management philosophy. The degree of concern to the people’s problems on the study of the management philosophy has been gradually increased. Management philosophy borrows ideas of philosophy to deeply analyze management theory and construct a new management philosophy and innovate old management paradigms. These are the trends of management philosophy.
