Abstract:This research draws samples from 157 manufacturing enterprises in Pearl River delta and adopts structural equations modeling (SEM) to explore in depth the mediating effect and moderating effect of interaction and knowledge innovation on organizational learning and technology transfer performance. The findings show that: (1) organizational learning has a positive impact on technology transfer performance; (2) interaction has a moderating effect between organizational Learning and technology transfer performance; (3) Knowledge innovation demonstrates partly positive mediating effect toward organizational learning and technology transfer performance. These results enrich current understanding of the mechanism that organizational learning affects technology transfer performance, and also provide some practicing guidance for technology transfer.
