The practical leading of traditional strategic management theory acts in a procrustean way in the business ecosystem of which the character is network economy, industry convergence. Focusing on the business ecosystem, the paper analyzes value attribute and connection attribute, and groups the valueattached strategy, valueshared strategy, valuebalanced strategy, valueindependent strategy and valuereciprocated strategy, reconstitutes framework of enterprise strategic management, and then broaden the horizons. Finally, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the listed companies of the Information Technology Business Ecosystem based on Staple Scale to demonstrate the theoretical framework, and quote typical cases.
