This paper first outlines the mutual agreement on irrelevant relation between theory and practice, serving management practice, multiplemethodologies and academic assessment strategy primarily from the articles published in ‘management in China’, then offers a further analysis on several problems within them. In the final, a new framework epistemology in management is built, which could be beneficial to academic performance of Chinese management.
