This study is the first to discuss the relation between VAIC and corporate governance for the knowledgeintensive, innovationintensive industrybiotechnology and medicine industryin Taiwan. The research results show that the firm that has good corporate governance can induce the VACA, STVA, and VAIC, and it can enhance firm value.
